All orders within the United States are fulfilled from our specialized logistics centers across the country. Once your order is verified, please allow up to 72 hours for processing and dispatch during standard business days (Monday – Friday). While we aim to have your items leave our facility within 1-5 business days, please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, seasonal sales, or exclusive collection drops.

Once your package is with the carrier, standard delivery within the USA typically takes 5-15 business days. We utilize premium carriers including DHL, USPS, and UPS to ensure a secure journey. You will see an estimated delivery date during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to the shipping provider (usually within 1-3 business days), you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

International Shipping

For our global Chrome Hearts community, we provide international shipping via UPS, with rates calculated live at checkout.

  • Standard International Delivery: 10-15 Business Days.
  • Customs & Duties: Please be aware that all import fees, taxes, and customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Chrome Hearts is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, local hold times, or air/ground transportation disruptions once the package has departed the United States.

Split Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive individual tracking codes for each specific package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Chrome Hearts is not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages. If the carrier’s tracking system confirms a successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, we cannot be held liable for the disappearance of the package. Stolen or lost shipments are non-refundable.
